Error When Activating SkySync

You receive an error when activating SkySync:  SkySync could not acquire a license.




There are two possible causes for receiving this error:

1. SkySync cannot communicate with the Portal Architects Activation Server
2. SkySync has run out of available activations

 Troubleshooting steps:

1. Check the internet connection. If SkySync has been installed on a machine that requires a Proxy Server to access the internet, please see the Article: Using SkySync with a Proxy Server.

2. SkySync licensing has a limited number of activations and it is possible that this limit has been reached. Please contact SkySync Support.
