License Error After SkySync Has Been Activated
If you are receiving the error pictured below after SkySync has been successfully syncing, it is because the MAC address on the machine SkySync is running on has changed.
This commonly occurs on a virtual machine (VM) where the physical host has changed. The license for SkySync is configured to one specific MAC address, and when the physical host for a VM is changed, the MAC address of the VM will also change. This will cause the SkySync license to become invalid.
To remedy this, please contact Portal Architects support, or restore the VM to the original MAC address.
